Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless a prior agreement is made.
Prices are subject to change; however, any confirmed booking will honor the agreed price.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We strive to maintain the highest cleaning standards. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
We do not guarantee results for pre-existing conditions, damage, or stains that are irreversible.
Customers must provide safe access to the property.
Any valuable or fragile items should be secured by the customer. Whyte Glove is not responsible for damage to items left unprotected.
Whyte Glove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fee paid for the service.
